For years, I coached women on fitness and nutrition. The foundation was solid. My clients were putting in the work and seeing results.
But there was a ceiling. Women would get so far, and then plateau. Or burn out. Or fall off entirely. They weren't failing because they lacked discipline. They were failing because something deeper wasn't being addressed.
Then I took a hard look at my own approach, to my clients, and to myself. And I saw what was missing: mindset. Not toxic positivity. Not "just believe in yourself." The real work — building self-trust, understanding what drives you, learning to show up when motivation disappears and life gets hard.
At the same time, something else changed for me. I stopped coaching women around how their bodies looked, and started coaching them around what their bodies could do. Performance over appearance. That shift — in myself and in my work — changed everything.
