Hi, I’m Kelly! A performance coach, certified personal trainer, and the founder of Chall Performance Coaching.

After coaching hundreds of women across fitness, nutrition, and mindset, one thing became undeniable: the women who transform aren't the ones who grind the hardest — they're the ones who get aligned. Real, lasting results come from three things working together: how you train, how you fuel your body, and how you think. That realization changed everything for me, and it's why I built the Performance Triangle.
